I heard this on the news this morning. I thought it was an interesting idea. Wonder if they could implement something like this in the states. At least in the 'fattest' states.
Your link wasn't opening up ; the idea sounds interesting it could motivate some of them; but truly I believe that motivations needs to come from within you' until you yourself decide to change nothing in this world can help.......
