YouTube - My Weight Loss Journey - Episode 1 - The Basics
He claims he did it only through diet and excercise. He went from morbidly obese to being really slim. I was really inspired by him, but it's unbelievable. Can someone really accomplish this? |

Just a couple of people who aren't at the really slim stage becuase I'm ot sure they're going for slim but they are fit and healthy looking now -and Ms Wishes is riding a 100K race this weekend.. Something I doubt she's contemplate doing 2 years ago...
Realpeople on this forum who've accomplished it...
it can be done..

Rep Power: 7 | | | Yes, just because someone is morbidly obese doesn't mean that surgery is the only option. A dear friend of mine has lost 100 lbs the "hard way" and she's working on losing 100 more. I'm very skeptical when people say they "can't" lose weight. | |
