It does sound like good advice, though. I've heard sugar-free candy works, too.
i think that you could maybe try cool water as that probably would have the same effect or ive heard a hot drink will work wonders too especially if you are craving chocolate you can have a hot choc! when i have a diet coke it helps me from craving sweet stuff as the gas makes me feel full and the sweetness takes away the craving

Oooh, you know what else is good? I take a cup of regular, black coffee. I don't add any sugar, sweetener, cream, milk, etc. I take a pack of SF hot cocoa (without marshmallows, lol) and pour half of it in the coffee. It is more than enough to make it "sweet" and it is a great way to flavor your morning java without the guilt. If you are a coffee drinker, this is great!

From what I've heard, dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate because it's antioxidant rich. A friend of mine had borderline diabetes and her doctor told her that the darker the chocolate the better her body is able to break down and absorb it.

I was so into chocolate on a daily basis that I MADE myself leave it alone for a couple of weeks. Thankfully, that broke my "gotta have it" mentality and I don't crave it near as often. Chocolate was ruling me, not the other way around.

ALLEY is on a distinguished road
Great yaar ,Thanks for it
Toss processed or pre-packed foods, loaded with sugar, artificial additives, flavor enhancers and unhealthy fats out the door.
Drink lots of pure water and eliminate sugar-loaded drinks
Eat more vegetables and fruits between meals as snacks
Give a long-term solution for weight management a chance instead of choosing a bad diet promising a short-term gain.
Learn to prepare and enjoy at least 10 new healthy meals

I think this is a really great idea not only will you be trying more foods that are healthier for you, but you will be learning to cook and look after yourself!

I also would recommend if you can do it that you use only natural ingrediants in your home cooked meal, i tryed this a few years back and not only was a feeling better but i knew that i didnt have the processed crap going into my body!

But remember any home cooked meal is better than one thats come out of a can or container!
