Hey Girls,

Just another reminder its on again tonight! I dont know about anyone else but I seem to like the Biggest Loser better this way. I think it's because they are more on their own with losing the weight. The teach them what they need to know and then they are responsible to continue using that information.

The other one was good too, but they had someone pushing them the whole way where this one they have to push theirselves.

What do you all think?

whoo hoo! I love the new format too. It's nice to see all the changes in one evening. Last week's competition was great. I really enjoyed seeing how great everyone looked. Plus it motivated me to get on it. haha

Mine was just a one hour show.. I did watch it.. But the Today's show ruined it for me.. of coarse i dont know who won.. but i do know what they look like now.. They had both couples on yesterday or today.. Did anyone else see them??

Well that stinks...I'm glad I didn't watch the Today show or I would be bummed! I did enjoy the show today though...losing 30 pounds in two weeks!!!

I like the new way also, but was dissapointed they didn't run the whole show. I guess the second half will be on next week

I didn't see the today show luckily so I'll watch the next episode next week to see who lost the most.

I was looking at the paper today and a family that lives in a neighbooring town is going to be on the show the end of January and first of Febuary.

Their family owns a maid-rite resturant and is going up against a family from New York I believe it said.

Did anyone watch the show last night!! It was soo good! I can't believe how much weight they all lost!

I was suprised to see Kelly on the show! She looks great, but I wonder if she put back on some of that weight???

I felt sorry for the group that didn't win. They didnt' win any of the prizes..BUT just my 2 cents, the woman (the blonde) looked really stuck up and snobby..so I find it hard to feel sorry for anyone like that, lol.

Korrie I watched it! I agree with Kelly I couldn't believe that she allowed herself to put the weight back on. I think they all did great!

In my opinion.. I still think the other team deserved something! They worked their tail off just as much as the winning team did.. I also think that their shouldn't have been such a big gap between the two teams.. The red team had started around 100 lbs more then the blue! But they both looked good!!

I dont know if it is me or not.. But Kelly looks like she has gained some!!

I'm with you Christina and thinking that the blue team should have gotten something. In my opinion the blue team put on a lot more muscle than the red team and we all know from experience that muscle weighs more than fat. I'm not saying that the red team didn't deserve to win I just think that if they would have went by body fat the blue team might have taken the prize Edwin was solid muscle.
