It's about how she gained weight, getting caught up in every day life with her children and such. And how her son alerted her saying she looked pregnant. And how she lost the weight.

I'm not much for weight loss in the media, but I liked this story because it seemed more "down to earth, people can relate", instead of some supermodel who gained weight, freaking out, and crash dieting it off like we typically see!

What caught my attention in the "article" was her "subconcious" was the culprit leading her astray.

The mind is habitual in nature and if we program it the wrong way, the weight will start to "creep up" as it did with Kathy and also in my situation.

The thing is we do not notice these things sometimes as we are caught up in life and just getting on...

Do we need to stop and reflect more often?

Is it just me or does the fat picture look photoshopped?

Yepp, it does. It looks like 'Let's make it look as horrible as possible so we have a better 'Before' picture'.

I also would have liked to see a side view of the 'after' picture, preferrably in a tank top. Looks to me as if there's still some flab there she's trying to hide.

That said, she looks good, no doubt about that. Just wish she wouldn't have gone and turned it into a book, trying to make profit out of it. It's like......meh. But hey, more power to her I guess....*shrug*
