I believe they do alot of exercising too. That`s like their job - they go to a gym like we go to work. That`s all. No office work either. Sitting in front of a computer 8 hours a day.

He's right. Eat less, exercise more. That is the only way.

That`s a way out too I do the same.. as I can`t stand feeling hunger... I eat not less, but just real healthy food that`s all.

That interesting. His aunt has been very overweight for a long time. I'm sure he wouldn't consider it that easy. Then again, if you artificially change you eating habbits for a few months to put on weight for a movie, it should be easy to lose the weight by going back to normal. Afterall when you artificially change how you eat for a few months on a diet, its pretty easy to regain the weight if you go back to your old ways.

I still think he's right. I started losing weight by just eating less. I started really losing weight when I added brisk walking to eating less. I am eating less and exercising more and the pounds are flying off.
