Any
diet plan that requires you to buy a bunch of expensive stuff to work is a scam. And reading the advertisements I found when I Googled it, it sounds like a bunch of BS.
The "truth they don't want you to know" is a load of hooey. The TRUTH about losing weight is that you have to eat fewer
calories than you burn and you have to eat healthy
calories.
That's the whole truth. Period. The end.
How you do it is up to you - whether you choose to follow a restrictive
diet plan like
Atkins or South Beach or Raw foods, or whatever; or whether you choose to follow a plan like Weight Watchers where you count points, or whether you just choose to count
calories straight.
Eat less, exercise more. That's the "secret" ...
