Rep Power: 87 | | Well, I'm sorry, but I"m not too impressed w/ your diet. Starving yourself is never the way to go. I'd like to really encourage you to change your plan to one that you can maintain for the rest of your life. What happends when/if you have success with this diet and go back to eating like normal? your going to gain all your weight back! I'm the voice of experiance here...i've been there, done that. I just dont' want to see you go through it too...learn from my mistakes. A lifestyle change is the only way to go! |

Rep Power: 11 | | | Wow, you hardly even have to chew till you get to dinner!
You will lose a lot of weight this way for sure, though you will look very sickly (as well as actually being sick) and I guess in 6 months time will be heavier than your original weight (after you give in and go back to eating 'regular food' in even larger portions)
Try to think this through a little more and do some research (YOu can probably find all the info you need on this forum). Then proceed in a healthy, proper way. |

Rep Power: 6 | | | I agree with everyone else, you're not gunna be healthy and lose weight in the long run unless you smarten up. Do research, dont just starve yourself. |

Just because you drop weight doesn't mean you're losing fat. What you'll be doing with this diet is losing lean muscle mass and the minute you go off of your "Master Cleanse", you'll gain it all back in fat - which means you'll have more fat to lose than you started off with.
Read the stickies in the forums and learn about good, healthy nutrition and how to lose weight w/out making yourself sick. |

Rep Power: 4 | | Add lots of veggies to your regular diet and you'll see results AND it will be something you can live w/ forever. Hungry people tend to binge...the body is mean like that. |

| | | I never read nothin.
All I can say is I love Cabbage, but it makes me gassy and BLOATED!!!
If you want to lose weight fast eat a bunch of really old outdated yogurt, it'll make ya poop for a few hours.
Yes I am being silly. Maybe I should read this thread from the beginning , but nah it would be a waste of my time, as it is only another fad diet.

Rep Power: 9 | | pff a friend of mine is always in one of those ''detox diets'' she basically starves herself with herbal teas and weird mixtures of water, pepper and maple syrup until she feels sick. of course she loses 20 pounds fast..
but she has to do the same crazy diet in a little while again because she gains it all back. what is the point? you want to keep the weight off isn't that the point? these crazy quick fixes only harm your body | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
