Rep Power: 0 | | | Ugh, I don't wanna have saggy skin. lol I think I'll have to have surgery or something (even though I'm kinda against surgery), I just don't want the extra skin.
But whatever, I can't wait to be skinny saggy skin or not. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Oh, also, *kinda embarrassing, lol* but will the boobs sag too? lol. I'm a D cup right now, and I know that I'll probably go down to a C or even a B cup, I can't imagine my boobs firming up or anything. And I heard that those breast firming exercises are a myth. So, surgery will be the only way to correct that as well? |

I'm sure a breast reduction would be better than actually getting implants, no? They'll remove skin and kinda put them back to the correct position.
I dunno, I'll look into it. I'm typing out loud... |

In my experience, the excess skin can be a problem with many people. Usually though it's not to the extent that Adro had. When we got him down to the late 80's (kg), his skin would slap a bit when he ran. He also had a problem with chaffing on is nipples which was caused by his 'man boobs'.
He has just recently got out of hospital after having the first stage of his surgery (tummy tuck). In about a month he's going in to get his boobs and arms fixed up. He's filmed the whole lot and is amking a documentary on the process. At the moment I'm trying to convince him to put a preview up on You Tube.

Rep Power: 0 | | I googled about loose skin after weight loss and I found this article that had these tips: 1. Follow a well rounded balanced diet such as my insulin response diet located at Weight loss, diets, online weightloss fitness programs & plans.
2. Follow a full body exercise routine alternating with a split routine every 4 weeks. For example, full body routine 4 weeks, split routine 4 weeks, full body routine 4 weeks, and so on.
3. Considering you don't have stomach ulcers and you are not on blood thinners you should also take ONE TEASPOON of cold artic cod liver oil ONCE PER DAY with your evening meal.
4. Take 1000-1500mg of lecithin per day. Lecithin has been known to increase the elasticity of the skin.
5. Anything you can do to increase circulation will also help. Skin brushing techniques are very good. Do a search on the internet for skin brushing to get all the info you need. Deep massages are also good.
6. Most importantly if you are more than 75 pounds overweight DO NOT try to lose weight too fast. The more you weigh the easier it will be to lose weight on this program so ease into it slowly so you only lose about 3 pounds per week. Doing this will prevent the sagging skin. If you lose weight too fast you will end up with loose skin 90% of the time.
7. Some of my clients have done weekly body wraps with great success but it can get messy. You can do this as an option but it's really not necessary.
As an option you can also take a supplement called collagen.
Does anyone agree with this???? |

Rep Power: 0 | | Whilst changing your weights program every 4 weeks is a great idea (for everyone), I can't see how it would effect the elasticity of the skin.
And body wraps??? Not likely!

Many of you who aren't from Australia have probably never heard of Adro but he won the Aussie series of The Biggest Loser.
Anyway, rather than jump on and tell everyone what's happening with him I decided to take a camera around to his place today so he can tell you himself! YouTube - Adro Interview - Post Surgery

Rep Power: 0 | | I heard they had a Biggest Loser marathon on.
Yes, the trainers were Bob and Jillian but they will only be involved for 4 weeks in season 2. Then a couple of Aussie trainers take over
