Effective and Safe Thermogenesis.

i'm trying to find one. ephedra-free ones would be better. and does it work? bcos i seldom have time to exercise with my busy schedule.

Noone doesn't 'have time' to exercise. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Walk the couple blocks instead of taking a cab. Little things here and there, they all add up.

Yep, and all the health clubs would be shut down, and my certification as a personal trainer would be completely useless.

Save your money and potentially, your health. Those supplements are not regulated by the FDA - what is in the bottle doesn't have to be on the label, and vice versa (supplements are not technically classified as either a food or a drug). In addition, when customers complain of negative side effects of any kind, the makers are not required to report them. That is one of the reasons it took so long to ban ephedra, even after healthy people who followed the directions had strokes, heart attacks, and even died. Think about that.

good advice.

All these products can attract people like moths to candles with their wonderful claims.

End of the day, with the side effects, i think it is better to be fat than to stuff yourself with these supplements.

Be fat and fit though! Not just fat & flabby and then still die of heart attack, stroke, diabetes, etc..

Dynna: glad to find another person from Singapore!
