one of my biggest problems is not eating at night. i eat my dinner at around 5-6 every day and by nine i'm pretty hungry, i try to grab a piece of fruit and drink plenty of water when this happens,but sometimes i just have to go to bed to avoid eating another meal.

what a great list, I'll have to work on a few points. I already do most of them pretty well when I am dieting, they all go out the window around exam time!

44. Get most of your calories before noon. Studies find that the more you eat in the morning, the less you'll eat in the evening. And you have more opportunities to burn off those early-day calories than you do to burn off dinner calories.
I must be a freak then! Eating breakfast and a noonday lunch makes me ravenous for the rest of the evening.
