I don't feel like a sophomore in high school. I guess being overweight doesn't really affect this much unless you don't excercise.
Also, just for shits, I changed my driving style from 10 -14 mph over to 15 mph+, and my car from mid-size to compact car...and it added 15 years to my RealAge?! I don't think driving faster really makes that much of a difference.

Puts you at a higher risk for an accident, more stress too -so both would be aging...
I am younger than I really am by like a year and a half (I am 23, and by the test I am 21.5) but all the nutrition advice is pure crap...
It tells me I should eat more wheat (which I am allergic to, but it never gave me the chance to tell it this), it tells me to drink more milk (ditto!), it tells me to take vitamin c supplements even though I eat oranges galore and drink orange juice (I have selfcalculated I get about 150% of my RDA of vit C, it told me to eat more soy products (I drink about 250 ml of soy milk, eat edamame, eat soy sprouts, etc...) and told me to eat more nuts (I eat a handful most days).
So really that was quite a bit of lost time!
Camy
Now that's jailbait. I could be licked up for what I was just thinking.
Edit: Lmao. Okay, I left it in there for laughs, but I swear I meant to write locked up. Damn you, Freudian slipperiness. Also, sorry about the sexual harassment, there, gymchica. :P
