I took the test twice. The first time it said my actual age if 49.3 and my real age is 47.9, mking me 1.4 years younger than my actual age. The things that make me older are the fact that I'm an ex smoker (which I can't change) the fact that I sleep too much (I sleep 11 hours per night and nap one hour during the day). I also know of no way to change that...none that are a good idea anyway. It was the desire for a normal sleep schedule that led me to meth. For 6 years I slept about 6 hours per night, but I used meth every day to do that.

It also said I don't eat enough fruits and vegetables, (I know I get plenty of vegetables....nobody eats as many veggies as me) nor do I get enough Vitamins C, E etc. Well, according to fitday I get more than enough of those so I went back and took the test again amending the amount of veggies eaten and my vitamins and it took another 1.1 year off my age, making my real age 46.8.

That's not too bad for an old ex smoker.

You've made a huge difference in your real age!!

My face tells my age too...I've spent way too many years worshipping the sun. It's only the last couple of years that I've started using sun screen. Such a stupid girl am I.....

Interesting, I saw this real age test on Oprah a few weeks back while I was on the treadmill in the gym... I found it VERY fascinating that Dr. Oz (I think?) developed this.

I did it anyways... a few months back, maybe Feb? Below are my first results when I weighed 195:
Calendar Age
28.7
Difference
-5.6
RealAge
23.1

New Results Today:
Calendar Age
28.7
Difference
-9.2
RealAge
19.5
