oprah's last diet du jour book - the you on a diet book - was a good read - this current diet du jour - i'm not so sure abouot |

Rep Power: 0 | | Well in-between chasing my son around, I saw bits and pieces of the show. To me it seemed as if he was just re-iterating common diet information. IE: cut out all soda and lose 10 to 20 lbs in a year. If you drink regular milk switch to soy...yadi yadi ya. And of course plugging his new book and online weight loss support group.
Try going to Oprah's website, they usually upload most of the show for anyone who missed it or wants to see it again. |

Rep Power: 0 | | Yeah, I agree. I did not hear any new information from that book. It is just a difference of whether you let someone else structure and design a plan for you, or you do it for yourself. The premise is still the same - limiting calories, eating healthier foods and exercising. |
