Thanks for getting back to me. What kind of workouts were you doing? I hate working out, so only do things I enjoy like walking and my Leslie Sansone tapes. I do some floor
exercises and light
weights and resistance bands also.
I just got through cooking the shrimp scampi and the enchilada soup for my boyfriend. I like to cook healthy for him when he comes to visit me. I'm sticking to my current plan till next Wednesday, but what I made looks really good. I hope I will be able to eat this way and lose weight with my current activity. I really don't want to do 6WBMO for another six weeks. I'm going mental. I only have 8.5
pounds to go as of today, so I don't want to blow it and start gaining again.
