Rep Power: 0 | | Weightloss I'm sure most all of us has but have u ever got tired of trying to loose weight bc it seems like an endless battle and no matter what type of diet pill u take they always give u side effects?
I’ve been trying to loose weight for many yrs now but more so from this past yr but its an endless battle. I’ve tried many many diets and diet pills thru the yrs and actually lost weight but I always seem to gain it back. Diet pills always have side effects from shaking from the caffeine to heart fluttering to headaches.
I feel soooo unhappy bc I cant seem to loose weight. If I could only loose weight I would be more self confident and feel pretty to my husband where as now I don’t feel pretty at all.
I’ve tried everything and nothing works so I decided to take the diet pills anyway which I started about a month ago but quit them bc of the side effects. I would give the name of the pills but its not allowed on here to give out this info. I only started taking them yesterday but I already feel the side effects but I don’t care anymore.
I dont know what to do anymore. |

Pills are a waste of money and as you said, all they do is give you side effects. You might as well spend all that money on a gym membership. If you want to take the weight off in a healthy pace, then make sure you are eating healthy, and less saturated fats and sweets, and exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Just do some research and trust me, once you get the weight off, you will feel so much better and healthier.
PS: I broke 160 yay! I'm 158! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Like I said I’ve tried many many diets which included exercising. Yes I do need to exercise more and have been thinking of joining a gym. I’ve been wanting to do so for a while now, but it’s an issue financially. Pills are cheaper or easier to manage financially than joining a gym. I have joined gyms in the past but (this is bad I know) I got tired of it and quit. I guess motivation was an issue. I did recognize how much better I felt after exercising though. But anyway, maybe soon I will join again and hopefully stick too it. Taking the pills really helps speed up the process too.
Your right, eating right is the key to managing weight. I’ve tried to think up of some healthy foods to eat and snack on such as carrots, raisins, grapes, pretzels, carrot salad, tuna salad, etc. Have anymore ideas?
By the way, Congrats on your breakthrough weightloss goal! |

and yes eating healthy all the time gets boring, thats why i'm trying to find some good recepies that are still new and delicious, but are healthy. I'm a big Slamon girl. I love salmon. Theres a lot of fatty oils but it's good omega 3 fatty acids, so it's not so bad. Good for your skin :P
As for the gym membership, some gyms have montly memberships, so you can just buy memberships whenever you want to. Some gyms also have a monthly payment thing, so it's easy on you in a way where you don't pay everything all at once. And I noticed for me it's really good to have a workout buddy who I can go with to keep me motivated and to ACTUALLY go. But once one of us cancels, then it just doesn't work and I won't go the next day, or the next day. So I have to go like, every day to keep with it. |

Rep Power: 7612 | | | its a lifelong battle for me. even when i was normal/underweight i had to fight hard to stay that way. people would always say why you drinkin diet coke? you dont need to lose weight! i cant stand the taste of regular coke anyway, but what they dint realize is i HAD to drink it to keep from getting fat. i think a lot of people just assume if your not heavy that you have just been blessed. so not true! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Effortless Weigt Loss Hello:
It is great to hear that you are trying to lose weight. If you do not have a desire to lose weight nothing will happen. Keep on saying to yourself there is a way.
Believe it or not there is a way that I found that is EFFORTLESS. There is a book called: THE INVISIBLE DIET written by William Farabaugh that shows you how to use your inner-mind to achieve weight loss. I guess the biggest problem with diets these days is that we have to do what someone else tells us to do. It is not easy because we naturally prefer to rebel.
This diet by William Farabaugh doesn't tell you what to eat, or even to exercise. It is predicated upon the idea that the subconscious mind drives us to do what we do. It shows you how to influence your inner-mind to really change yourself.
Wish you the best... |

I am about 1/4 of the way through it. My best friend recommended it.
