Rep Power: 0 | | I have infact heard of this program and it seems as if it could be a fad. It can work but their claims are crazy and dangerous. I've written an article review on this program if you would like to read it. I could send you the link through board message or you can read at my website if your interested.
Heres the link to my article flexyourhealth.com/weightloss4idiots.html

Rep Power: 0 | | First thing I wanted to say is that I hope your diet is going very well and wanted to wish you all the luck. I also tried fatloss4idiots to find out what kind of weight loss program it was and found mixed results. I wrote a very open minded article about it if you would like to read it or not is up to you.

Once again, I would love to follow your progress with this program as I am trying to determine whether its another weight loss fad or the real deal.

Rep Power: 0 | | From what I've read so far, it doesn't seem like a way of life diet...but it does seem like a quick start plan to get things going. Anyone else out there tried it, trying it or thinking about it? I'm in the thinking about it phase but, I've got to do something. |

Rep Power: 0 | | thanks for the info on eating less often! I will have to stretch them out. I do not know why every "for" in my message is highlighted??! I did not stick to it too well but did get some grade B maple syrup ( a friend from Phoenix was visiting so requested some from Trader Joe's - our dear friend who we miss here in Colorado!). I will fast this week and then try the diet. Need/want to lose 20 pounds by time I travel for the summer mid June. I know it is a short time but looking for a quick fix! (as always) |

Rep Power: 0 | | does this mess up your metabolism? is it enough calories for your body to not think it is starving? I thought I read grade C, but then think I printed out the "cleanse" some where else and it said grade B, so that is what I have and hopefully it will work? I love detoxing but have only done a juice fast (4 days) and a water only fast for 10days! not sure that was the healthiest but I did feel good. I did have to go to bed wicked early to deal with hunger and cannot do that now with 2 kids. Anymore options on quick loss? ( I am intelligent enough to know this is not the way to do it but always need that motivation! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hi NYMIZ, in the review article Jasmine posted, someone left a comment that he used the diet and that he saw results.
How much do you want to lose? |

Rep Power: 0 | | Anything that says diet or loss weight fast will not work in the long run if you can't maintain that plan for the rest of yur life! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | maintaining weight loss I haven't tried the diet myself. I am considering it. But the review I read said that it's simple to maintain this diet for a long time. |

Rep Power: 51 | | | Anyone can write a good review; doesn't make it true.
I do believe calorie cycling can work, but you have to be smart about it. |

Thanks for replying. Of course anyone can write a review, but if the guy who tried this diet and wrote the review at Fat Loss 4 Idiots - Product Review on Squidoo said it works, he should know best, don't you think?
I also read another thread on this forum of someone who uses this diet and lost 6 lbs on the first 11 day cycle and she recommended it.
I know it's a very popular diet, so it must be working for some people.
Has anyone tried this or know someone who did? |

I found the thread you wrote about. I copied what the woman who is using this diet had to say. She lost 6 lbs the first 11 days.
"Hi!! Yes, that's the same one! I lost 6lbs not 9lbs...but as you can see by my very detailed notes throughout..I kinda cheated. Still, 6lbs.....11days!
More physical activity and a stricter following of the diet would get better results.
All and all I recommend this diet!!"
