My low carb progress

Its been about 5 days since i started low carbs. My results arent that good, so far:

BF%: Down 1.3%
Muscle Mass: Down 0.8%
Weight loss: 3lb lost

These results will alter though, as i weighed in after school at 3:30pm, when i usually do in the morning.
I need to eat more, but the 20g of carbs a day rule is really hard to stick to, ive probably only had 20 carbs about 2 out of the 6 days because its so difficult.
The muscle loss is worrying, but i cant eat much because everything has carbs in it (except meat and eggs, and Whey protein shake) so i dont have much choice.
Any suggestions on my diet so i get more calories? I currently have 1000-1500 maximum, soley because i dont want to overstep the carb limits.

On the plus side ive finally seen some good progress. But im going to start adding cardio to this diet, the reason i havnt so far is because i felt really weak when starting low carbs, i was told this is normal and it is going now.

Give me a good reason why I should offer any advice to you?

I have spent a lot of time communicating with you, and here you are eating 1000 calories a day. Totally disregarding one of the take home points that I have stated to you numerous times.... that starving yourself is not the answer.

Your muscle mass has gone down. Gee, I wonder why?

But im not doing it on purpose. I just dont see how you can eat like 2000 calories without crossing the 20g carb limit of Atkins.
Its not that im just ignoring your advice, im just finding it hard to follow while having low carbs. Its just meal plan advice i need, some help on how to increase my calories while staying on 20g of carbs.

but, eazye, the entire reason why that the low carb diet shows results is that you are dramatically reducing your calories... if you up your calories a lot - you will not see the same results

A protein shake. It's 130 calories and has 20 grams of protein. I use the GNC Chocolate flavored protein powder---it's yummy.

So basically there is nothing else unless you chuck powders in the mix?
