I need to lose weight in 24 hours

At our office we made a bet for $25 each (totaling to $250) to lose 15 pounds.

The problem is I could of swore when I weighed in I was 220, but some how when I checked today it was 215.5 (?)

We have to weigh in tomorrow at 9am …any of you have some ideas on how I can shed 5 pounds in 24 hours (lol)

I am 203 right now …and I got there by exercising and eating right.

But damit I want that money!

if u weighed yourself late at night the first day and then first thing in the morning the next, 5 pounds would be really easy to lose. Different scales (and even the same scales) often produce different results to ... and the more a person weighs, the more varience in the weight is possible.

I just had to comment on this since I recently used Zetacap. I took 2 pills twice a day and had zero results. The website talks about "being so full, you just can't eat"...I never once felt that way. I didn't even feel content. I was always hungry and personally I think Zetacap is a waste of time and money, but I guess its different for everyone. I just wanted to post my experience with this so called "miracle in a bottle"

All right there a no such thing as miricle pills, lotions or potions. to loose weight you need to GET THIS ITS REALLY GOOD eat right and exercise! there theres the miracle!
pills may help you loose weight but you
-cant be on them for ever
-they are dangerous and screw with your body!!!!
- you still need to eat right and exercise
-usually when you get off them you gain the weight back(why bc they dont work!)
In my opinion (and this is exactly what it is just my 0.02$)they may work short term but the majority of ppl gain the weight back after bc they havent changed their eating or exercising habits. companies make major amounts of money selling you these things bc it works....for THEM!!!why are they a no# 1 seller bc they dont work and ppl keep looking for that miracle thats gonna "help" them, whats really gonna help is learning to make the right food choices and exercise!exercise!exercise! .otherwise your just wasting major amounts of money better spent buying fruits,veggies and other healthy stuff or a gym pass!

Sorry...I have a scale at the office and depending on the shoes I wear (heels, flats, thick soles are the worst ), my weight goes up and down. Just take off your shoes for the real results. Good luck!
