Rep Power: 0 | | Actually i wasnt speaking from experience but i do deal with crackheads all day long.
You said you wanted to lose weight quick, but if "quick" isnt 2-3 months then there isnt a healthy way to do it.
Almost all diet pills out there are stimulants, they bump up heartrate, bloodpressure, internal core temperature and metabolism. You also will probably crash when you stop taking them because of the stimulant factor and that sucks cause most of them you havto cycle to maximise effectivness.
They are no magic pills or magic drinks that will make you lose 10 lbs in 10 days or whatever they claim. Also most extreme diets cause a depletion in muscle glycogen and in turn water so people confuse that with fat loss. Also after a bit and depending on the diet major muscle loss will also be confused with fat loss.
The ONLY right way to lose weight right is to:
Eat right and exercise to create a calorie deficit
I used to be a wrestler, a damn good one to. I know the ins and outs of weight loss because ive lost more then everyone on here put together in my years. Ive lost 25 lbs in 3 days, its not healthy or permanent but you can certainly do it. Hard work is the only answer, ask any DEDICATED person here. |

Rep Power: 0 | | And another thing about crack.
Many of my customers that use the stuff lead perfectly normal lives and have normal jobs and everything. Most of them you cant even tell untill they buy one of those pipes. Crack doesnt make you evil, no drugs do. I belive everything is alright in moderation, everything, now that doesnt mean i do everything but still.
Bush is a coke head, but we still voted for him (not me).

Rep Power: 0 | | Thank you Vramirez64 for the repply. I have read your other posts and it is clear that you have a lot of good advice. That is why I was surprised to see your other comment.
I realize that any quick fix to weight loss is not healthy and absolutely useless for the long run. But have you ever had the feeling that if only you could loose that weight once, and see yourself as a thin, good looking person, you will never go back to being what you are now? Sometimes I feel like if only I could get rid of those 15-20 pounds, I will be willing to eat fruits and vegetables all day long in order not to gain them back. I guess after trying hard and not loosing the weight we can become a little desperate for some quick remedy that we know isn't right. Somewhere on this forum there is another similar topic about diet pills and some people said that some of them have actually worked. All I want to know is a little more honest information about those pills. I am willing to try them and if I really do loose some weight I will be 1000 times more motivated to excercise and eat right. Right now I just have no motivation, because I have been excercising and watching what I eat but to no avail. All i need is a start, I need to see my scale point to at least two pounds less than what I am now, so that I can say "now there is no stopping me, now that I am loosing" |

Rep Power: 0 | | About the crack - i don't care much about it or how many people do it and how often. People around me do it all the time and I have seen some of the side effects which lead me to find it absolutely disgusting. Yes one of the side effects is weight loss, but I will never be able to get past the "runny nose feeling" and constant snorting sounds. I am not judging anyone; don't come near me with it and we can be best of friends, that's all there is to it. |

They best diet pills were banned when ephedra was struck down by the FDA. However it is perfectly safe if you have no known heart problems and go slow with it. Make your own ECA stack, ephedra, caffiene, and aspirin. You can substitute white willow for aspirin and Ma Huang is the same as ephedra.
But yeah its a perfectly safe combo as long as you dont abuse it. You do havto cycle it thought 1 month on 1 month off works best for most people. Also make sure you taper down on it before hard workouts because it doesnt mix well. But its a great combo to start off with to see results fast.
You can find ephedra labeled as a bronchial somthing or other in gas stations pretty cheap, 25mg per dose. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I tried the hollywood drink, you cannot eat or drink anything else for 2 whole days!! So of course you'll lose weight, I don't recommend it. I am currently taking phentermine - I've lost 5 lbs in 2 wks, I now weigh 148lbs....my friend lost about 20lbs in 6 wks she now weighs about 155 or so. We did go through the dr. to get them though.....they are for people who have major trouble loosing weight, or people who are majorly overweight.. You can get them over the internet but will be way more expensive than the $30.00 / month that we pd.....good luck to you |

Rep Power: 0 | | I remember that Hollywood diet drink thingy, i never tried it though... i heard from ppl that the reason you lose weight is cause youre in the bathroom half the time doing #2. *shrugs*
As far as diet pills i have tried those, They seem to work fine. I use Phentermine 37.5, its like a generic to Adipex i think.
I get them online pretty cheap, i now only get em from one site due to their customer service & shipping (brotherspharmacy).... keep in mind alot of these online sites have attrocious customer service & shipping is a joke. So call em up 1st to talk to them, just to make sure youre always gonna get a live person & that they wont put you on hold for a long time. |

Rep Power: 28 | | those diet pill "review" sites are actually ploys just to sell a product. at least the one you listed tiny. i have seen other review sites doing the same thing with THEIR product (the one they are trying to sell) in the top slot of course. you'd be better off reading REAL reviews on epinions or some site like that. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Diet Pills I heard that there was a new Herbal Supplement out called Hoodia that is saposed to make you lose weight. I was reading a box of trimspa today and that is one of the ingrediants in the pill... Is anyone currently on trimspa? Is it working ok? Would it be better to lose the weight on my own? Any feedback is welcomed! Thanks! |

Rep Power: 28 | | i used it to jump start my weight loss for the first several months (trimspa). i would say it worked for me, it took away my appetite and made me eat less. but in order to see any results you have to give it at least 10 days before you say oh this crap doesnt work. drink plenty of water with it and eat sensibly. seeing 12 pounds disappear the first month was enough for me, it got the ball rolling and i was motivated like never before! the rest is history... |

Rep Power: 16 | | I'm currently using a Kelp based pill.. called Ultra KL86. Supposed to raise your metabolic rate up so you burn more fat. Only problem i find with it is that it can stop me sleeping sometimes.. but i normally read one of my course books and that makes me drowsy enough.
I'm not sure how effective they are.. but they are helping with the weight loss so i keep taking them. Although i have been avisded not to take them for any longer then a month.. |

Rep Power: 28 | | just a thought on diet pills.... i was thinking about how 99% of all diet pills say to drink at least 8 oz of water with them. what are the chances that you would drink 8 oz + water before a meal if you were NOT taking one of these diet pills? probably slim to none for most people. so maybe its a combination of the filling effect of the water and the idea that the pill is going to do something that is actually making these work for some individuals. thoughts on this? | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
