Thumbs up THIS PROGRAM WORKS! You will be so happy you spent the $ & it has a $ back Guarantee

I really wanted this program about two years ago when I heard about it. Unfortuneatly the person that told me about it was not a good example, but she swore that it worked. I really wanted to buy it but could not afford it, and really did not want to spend the $ on ANOTHER DIET PLAN. On Sunday March the 16, 2008 my sister in law gave me the kit, as she did not even crack it open and wanted to give it to someone who would use it. I was so happy that she gave me the plan I wanted for a long time. I started it on Tuesday March 18, and in two weeks I lost 16 pounds and 19 inches. IT IS WORTH ANY MONEY YOU SPEND TEN TIMES OVER! Phooie on those who poo poo it! They have never tried it or did not give it an honest chance. IF YOU KEEP DOIN LIKE YOU DO AND DONT TRY SOMETHING NEW YOU WILL STAY BLUE! There are many versions of that but that is my own. It works, period. I don't have to starve anymore, and I can eat and have energy and MELT FAT at the same time. Now I have lost nearly twenty pounds and a HUGE boost of self confidence. Yesterday my sister in law asked for the KIT back! Ha Ha! I knew there was a REAL ANSWER out there that I can LIVE with, and this is it. I made some ignorant mistakes, but I kept reading the materials and using the online forum and I feel I have a good handle on the way they want you to follow it. There ARE sacrifices, but they MORE than pay their dues! Good luck, I am a type B and I am a winner. NO ONE OUT THERE HAS TO STARVE, TAKE PILLS OR PUKE! THIS IS GOOD NEWS!!! I also have NO MORE acid reflux, and my ulcer is gone. I'm sure my blood pressure and sugar are stabilized now too. I am wearing my skinny clothes again. I am in my fifth week and I will more than likely do the 6 week body makeover again to reach my final goal, then I will be living lean. Don't hesitate and wait for two years like I did, buy it on credit, borrow, anything, you will be VERY happy you did! JUST DO IT!

I am glad to hear that you've done so well. I will weigh in tomorrow morning, and will post to let you all know how I am doing.

All diets are expensive. Michael Thurman's will let you do a payment plan. I am finding the big expense is the beginning seasonings and foods. Of course I bought a George Foreman Grill like my daughter did to make all the cooking easier. I already have the scale for food measurement, although after a bit I'll know how large of a portion I can have (esp. to maintain after dieting.)

My daughter is being very helpful, since she has done it already. She is going back on another 6 weeks tomorrow too. (Can't have her Mom looking a lot thinner than she does.)

This is the end of week 2 for me. I'm not weighing myself, but measuring instead. Don't know if I could stand to actually see how much I weighed. At the end of week 1, I lost 8 and 1/2 inches...3 from my waist, and 3 from my hips, and the rest from arms and legs. I feel so much better, so much energy, sleeping better, moods stabilized and so on. You do have to pre-prepare foods for the day, but now I'm in a routine. The foods taste so much better when you add the home-made sauces and dressings that they give you the recipes for. To me, it's well worth it. I'm going to go the distance and stick with it for 6 weeks because I've never had these kind of results before. I swear I haven't had a craving for 10 days. Days 1-3 were kind of tough, getting used to the foods, the routine. But, after that, smooth sailing. I'll keep you posted. Tomorrow I measure again for the end of week 2.

oh no gals, it has a money back guarantee and you can make payments of like $20 a month. This plan used to cost over $1000 some years ago. Luckily my sis-in-law gave me hers, she didn't use hers, but NOW SHE WANTS IT BACK! I don't know...... no really. You guys it really is worth it. at least check out the posts online and read the success stories. There are tons of them in there. LINK DELETED (select 6 week body makeover) I wish I would have done this years ago, I am not joking. I have already lost nearly 20 pounds and 20.5 inches, and I feel great, my reflux and hernia are gone and I continue to lose weight. It is worth any amount of money, even it you get it on credit. check out the forum. everyone should know about this plan and MT should be the health advisor to American endorsed by the President. No joke!

I saw this guy on HSN last night. I remember this stuff from YEARS ago. I'm sorry but just in the short few minutes I watched this guy, he said quite a few things that were way off and just plain stupid.

Smile good job timetoloseit27!!!!!

I am so proud of you! Don't you feel great? I really feel that this program affects every aspect of my life now. I have cleaned out my closet, my makeup drawer, re-arranged some cupboards, cleaned out my office at work, and life is good. I am working out with the plan, and life is really really good. Now if the mortgage industry could just pick up....(I am a mortgage broker)

First of all....Landonsbaby, could you PLEASE be a little more supportive???? If you don't have good things to say, don't say anything. OK?
Secondly, end of week one...... ((( 7 LBS. ))) total loss!!! My goal was 5 lbs. so I am thrilled. As you get older, the weight hangs on for dear life. So at 53 I will probably lose less than my 35 yr. old daughter per week. She is doing another 6 week diet now too.
Getting older, also means being forgetful. I remember my goal, but not my reward...lol...although I was going to buy something. I have to write stuff down.
Any way...WOO HOO !!!!

I thought it would come off slower too now that I am 40

.... but I lost like 16 pounds in the first 13 days I was on it. I have now re-taken the test and found out I was a C not a B )after I stalled at -18 pounds for 13 days) I did a BOO BOO and ate all rapid results meals for a whole week and (dumb! ~ not supposed to DO THAT!) my body thought I was starving and hoarded onto the fat. SO! I am eating more now again, like I am supposed to and losing weight again! Ya know, there comes a time when you just have to DO IT like they TELL YOU to DO IT and stop thinking that you know better than the EXPERTS! And now I'm losing again, instead of starving. YOU DON'T HAVE TO STARVE TO LOSE WEIGHT AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK OUT ALL THE TIME TO LOSE WEIGHT. HELLO YA'll! I wonder how that chic is doing that is getting married. I hope she is totally POPIN!

It sounds like folks are seeing results . . and gratz to those who are having success.

But I'm curious how feasible is it to do long term? Does the average person who loses the pounds and inches maintain their loss 6 months later or longer? Does this plan work "in the real world"? After the goal is reached, is there a maintenance plan? One is able to follow the plan for a lifetime?

I hope so, but am leary of any of these advertised plans as the majority of them are money making schemes. You always see the fine print on all the commericals "results NOT typical".

Good luck with it !

What my body seems to be getting from this diet so far is a good cleaning. No salt, no sugar, no fats...I have to admit is is a bit too bland for my tastes, but doable. And it is a DIET....to lose the weight. I think the main thing I am going to keep from all I'm learning is to weigh and portion my foods. I think that is how I will maintain after I lose the weight I want.
As for long term on the diet...my daughter says that she had to take a couple weeks off before she could go back on it. It does say it is a six week diet. She just didn't go crazy and eat a ton.
I am also learning to cook differently without all the fats and such. With warmer weather I can't wait to start grilling meals.
When I finally lose the weight I want...which will probably take a second six weeks after this first one, I think I will continue five small meals and snacks a day. I will also continue more fruits and vegitables than before, and avoid the pizzas, hotdogs, etc.
