Rep Power: 0 | | Did anyone else notice shortness of breath w/this at all? I do feel the energy when I work-out. However, I have trouble catching my breath or feel the need to yawn constantly and take in huge gasps of air to breathe... |

I dont feel like I'm losing any weight. I'm going to the bathroom a lot more, but no pounds are coming off. I even did the Fen-72 detox thing. Today is my last day on the Fen-72, but I havent lost a single pound. Lose 13 pounds in a week? HAHAHAHA. If anything, I think I gained a pound.. and I'm hardly eating. These things are supposed to make you feel less hungry? Well the "shaky, sick" feeling I get while taking them makes me want to eat more just to stop that feeling. Ok.. after today, I think I'm done. I have one more pill that I wanna try (UltraMax). If those dont work, then I'm done. I think I'll lose MORE weight without the pills than with them. Ugh.. what a waste of money! |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Diet Pill.. Everyone seems to be concerned with the temporary weight loss effects that disappointingly vanish once the diet pill is not being used...keeping the weight off without the diet pill can be done! Go to weightlossresources [type it into google] - sign up for a free trial if you dont want to pay the monthly fee lol, input all of your information [height, weight, etc] and it will tell you how many calories you should be consuming each day to maintain your current weight! I used this website after finishing a month supply of diet pills and i have never put the weight back on. I used Star Diet Pill [from ebay] and it was brilliant, in my first week i lost 8lbs, totally unexpected! The next 3 weeks weren't as miraculous but altogether i lost a stone and have never put it back on - i am in the gym 3 times a week and i stick to the calorie intake recommended by the website.
I probably could have lost the weight over a prolonged period of time without the diet pill, but it was my personal choice to lose it quickly. I didnt suffer any bizarre side effects, just felt quite happy and motivated, and my appetite wasn't taking over my life like it had been before. If you are very concerned, read more reviews and check the ingredients, it worked for me but they may affect you differently. There's my disclaimer, lol.
I am looking to lose a bit more weight to get my BMI down as it is 25 - i know this is ok but i would like to get it to 23. I have started Fenphedra this week, so far so good [2lbs in 3 days] i will let you know how it goes anyhoo. Hope you find something that works for you! |

Rep Power: 0 | | I just started I started taking Fenphedrin today so I thought I might catalog my initial reaction. First off, I'm not taking it to lose weight. I'm a college student and am very stressed out during finals and midterms so I thought this might lift my mood and help motivate me to study more. I can tell you that right off the bat, within an hour of taking the first pill, I was euphoric like the website said I would be. I was so giddy, it was uncontrollable. I also had a ridiculous amount of energy. Friends of mine even noticed the change it was so drastic. In this respect, I'm pretty pleased with it.
However, I rarely work out. Not because I can't, I'm just lazy. SO... If I loose weight on this pill, I'll let you all know. |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Its a waste of time I would seriously think about going on diet pills. Anything you take that messes with your metabolism is dubious. Im afraid the only healthy way there is to lose weigh is to up the exercise and stick to a balanced diet for the rest of your life; of course with the occasional treat holidays.
I am still trying to find that balance and have recently rejoined the gym as I have put 56lbs on since I left two years ago.
Sorry to be a pessimist but stick at the exercise. |

Rep Power: 11 | | Has anyone else noticed that most of the people aside from our well known members only have very few post mostly 1-4 and a few have like 20.... have you also noticed that most of these people are like "HEY! Don't Diss My Diet Pills!"... I agree... this thread is Very suspicious. I can't help but think a lot of our "new members" are the same person....
oh and perhaps if some of us didn't spend hours reasearching the best new diet pills or best new fad diet perhaps we could find the time work out 45 minutes to an hour each day...
if anyone is truely serious about losing weight they will quit making excuses and just do the 100% effective way to do it... put down the chips get off your ass and excersize. it doesnt cost a penny to do some situps every day...

Rep Power: 0 | | | well... im one of your "new" members. and i did say i'd post about my findings. so, yes, i did loose weight. only about 10lbs though. some of which could be water weight. i went from 5'10 175lbs to 165lbs approximately. i had lots of energy at first but not so much anymore.
its an alright diet pill. i get the impression that if i go off this stuff, im just gonna gain the 10 lbs back. |

Rep Power: 0 | | zomg are you refering to me ? it is actually my second post on this forum, and only reason im bothering myself to register, and posting 2 posts is I saw many ppl think the product is scam, but as I said I tried the product this summer and it worked. Of course it doesnt mean I lost weight by doin nuffin, just using the product, I tried to be as active as possible throughout the day, and running on threadmill at least 30 mins everyday, and drinking only water. however it wud have been impossible without the product for ppl like me, cuz the product boosted my energy, reduces my appetite, and i guessed it reduced the amount of food i consumed turning into fat. ktnx. plz dont suspect me anymore |
