Rep Power: 16 | | My favorite is when these programs show you the "toxins" that they flushed out, and you see lots of shots of strange strings / clumps of fecal matter that these people claim were sticking to the walls of your intestines, when all it is is the solidifying of the garbage that they just made you eat in the first place.

Rep Power: 217 | | in one of my many bouts of insomnia, I find myself watching informericials and there's one for a cleanse product that goes into great disgusting length about mucoid plaque i the intestines and how elvis died with like 35lbs of plaque in his intestines. see imnot fat - i just am full of shit  oh wait -Iknew that already.. 
most of those cleanses are total scams - you can get the same effect with high fiber lots of fluid.. .and access to a bathroom and a can of lysol... |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I do not smoke cigars so I don't think I'm the right person to ask. I am sure there are different kinds of cigars so there is probably a natural brand out there. I also don't smoke cigarettes, I just know how to read labels haha. |
