Weight Loss Programs

Atkins, Fit for Life, Jenny Craig – there are almost as many weight loss programs as people who want to lose weight! Sharing our experiences here will help us all get a handle on the wealth of information — and misinformation — out there.

Pittied = full of pits
pitied = to feel compassion for; to have sympathy with

I love being hypocritical and making fun of people's spelling

I don't know the shortcuts for the smilies on this forum, but let's just assume for the 13 year old girl deep down inside of me that I just dropped the mouth open one...

I have been bested in forum anal retentiveness...

I have never before been so turned on

I also believe you can't segregate the two entirely as separate factors. There's a lot of intermingling between the two.

If someone was brought up for years with terrible habits... changing these habits is a lot harder than finding ways to fake out your biological/physiological system. The mind is a complex beast.
Steve, I was talking more about the obvious issues being semi easy to fix. Like people who come on here talking about how they drink soda only and eat fast food only and they literally do no exercise at all. Obviously just changing these habits a bit will take some pounds off. But when you KNOW what's bad and you're making a consicous effort to eat and drink reasonably and sensibly yet you still can't fight your way out of the paper bag, well that's going to PRIMAL rather than UNEDUCATED and purely lazy (i.e. too lazy to get off your ass for a walk or something easy and obvious is a problem with laziness or fitness rather than because of some primal urge to be totally unreasonably lazy). I'm probably still not making my point clear but I tried .

Give me an example of a primal urge and what you think it's caused by.

I've been told by Dr. upChuckRoast that I'm in a state of denial.
I deny that.
Does that mean he's right.
I figured since you're The Expert, you ought to know.

Dr. FuckPost is actually a dear friend of mine. By far, the closest example of perfection wrt the human mind I've seen....

Besides myself of course.

That said; he is right.
