Well this is the
diet plan I've been using for almost 4 weeks now. I have notice that if I did not see results soon, I get discourage and stop using the
diet plan. This is why I'm loving this
diet plan. After giving birth to my second child, I became over weight by 130 lbs. I feel very sad when I look at myself in the mirror, and remember how I used to look like before. After doing many
diet plans, I finally found something useful, and that will keep me motivated. The weight lost is constant, so it give me motivation to keep on with the
diet. Hopefully, I'll reach my target
weight loss of 130 lbs. soon. I have already lose 25 lbs, and feel great! =)
