Everyone seems to have a plan or is already on some kind of diet.
I don't know what kind I should be on, like what kind of foods If and how to count calories, and so on.
I weigh 147 and my goal weight is 125.
going to a gym is not an option so I need other ideas.
Mainly on what sorts of foods and how much to eat!
Thanks sooo much

most people here aren't on any kind of mass market plan, but one of their own creation - one that works for them - which is the only type of "plan" that really works.
I don't go to the gym, I work out at home. I don't have any fancy equipment either. I have some dumbells, a resistance band, a step and some videos. I also walk outdoors. It isn't where you work out, as long as you work out.
As far as eating, you have to find what works for you, do some research, on line, in the library or magazines. The best way to start is to reduce your calorie intake. Start there and then adjust to your needs.

Thanks for all the imput. I know I don't want to do diet pills, I have done them once before and they make me feel icky so I have to do this naturally.
So far Im just eating smaller portions, cut off the dr pepper, and I am walking everyday.
Considering that I was eating fast food almost everyday, and wasn't doing any exercise I think this alone will be a great start.
I just want to do this right and gradually.
