This is a "6 in 1" fat burner. I recently ordered it, and am hoping someone has some info on it's effectiveness.

sounds like quite the interesting concoction ... does look very fancy. You may be paying for a placibo ... you may get the same results from drinking Green Tea by itself ... but, then again, i'm just very skeptical about these kinds of products.

Hey guys, I have been using it for a few months, with pretty good results.
I bought it from http://www.progressivehealth.com/Aff...cd=weightforum. It's not bad price wise, and I have not had any negative side effects.

Has anybody else here tried it for a year or so? I am curious as to the long term results.

I am SOOO terrible about sticking to this kind of thing :| I have no good or bad news about advalean...because I can't seem to remember to take the dang pills!!

Sorry, wrong post.
I am pretty good about taking them before eating.
At first it was hard, but I finally got in the habit.
If I eat out though, then it is usually pretty hard to remember.
I reccomend keeping the bottles out on the table if possibel so you can remember at first.

Just some tips....

I read there was alot of caffiene in it. Do you ever feel jittery? I'm wanting to order it.

Most (all)of these products are garbage, of if they do help at all they have other undesireable side effects look at zenedrine/ ephedra (until they banned it). However there are no miracles, burn more than you consume you lose weight. its simple. Its not always simple getting around to doing though and having discipline . You must want this badly and stick to it.
