Can anyone tell me about it? I googled but didn't find much. I don't want to do it I just want to know about it as I know a bunch of people who worship this method of eating. Just want to educate myself on what is popular these days.
nothing earth shattering - she was sort of ahead of her time with women who have PCOS- but the diet - and the reason why I bought it - was it was touted as being anti-aging...
Yeah -I'm still older than dirt and look even older - no diet in the world is gonna help that.. 10 years ago I might have stood a chance - not anymore...
i have a friend who has looked older than you since she was 30 Mal. Smokes, drinks etc. Shes 45 now and looks nigh on 60. overweight and doesnt look after herself , stupider than dirt
Ahhhh mal! Mal, the way one ages has a lot to do with hair, make-up and clothing style. I dont mean piling it on or anything, but ya know, covering up the grays, keeping the style youngish (which you can now do with your new shape). I know you dont care too much, but you do care a bit I think. Ever see that show "10 years younger"? Tons of tricks to make someone look their age or younger. I personally find it worth the effort, and as a consequence everyone thinks I'm in my early 30s rather than creeping right up on 40 in a few months (eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek).
OK! That's good LOL. I wasn't sure. I still think there's something that could be tweaked so that people would think you're your age and not 52. But frankly you dont look that old in your last pics I saw so maybe that person needs to get some damn glasses!
How old were they? 12? My kids think I'm ancient. Doesn't help that my husband has told them I was born when dinosaurs roamed the earth LOL (yes, he gets smacked for it, darn whipper snapper ... he's only 5 years younger than me ;p )
I listened to Dr. Schwarzbein on some show. Now I see why her diet is popular. She says doing cardio is "not smart". I guess that would appeal to a lot of people who hate cardio.
She also completely twists and warps nutrition and fitness from other people's perspectives. As if everyone who isn't doing her plan advocates starvation.
