Maybe fitday's pay for software is better than their website because I have tried using the fitday website and have found that it is slow and hard to use. Additionally, it doesn't tell me what I want to know most, how much weight I have gained or lost per day. After a day I gave up on using it.
Recently I came across the site ebodyplan.com and I believe they have a much better service. It is completely free and runs as an application right in your browser without downloading anything. It easily allows you to add food or exercise to your plan and visualize your progress. It's really cool how this website works, I highly recommend it. I'm sure a lot of people don't know about this yet because it was just released. Fitday could be in trouble.
oh yeah the download software is the greatest... i bought it right away.. add custom stuff exercise and custom foods, whole lot of data progression. I never even used the online version. Its not missing anything as far as im concerned... and ive added so much custom stuff, i dont think i would even try to change if it aint broke dont fix it
I use Calorie King and I really like it. It has everything I need--food and exercise database, journal, weight loss and nutrition charts/graphs, and it estimates my bmr and recommended calorie intake each day.
