I'd like some advice.

I have been dieting for the past year and have lost 60lbs through sureslim and exercising at the gym every second day for 30-40minutes.

I am getting married March 11 2006 and would like to lose another 30-40 lbs before this time

Is it possible? Can you please help

Congrat's on loosing so much weight, and congrat's on your upcomming wedding! How exciting!

Its really hard for me, or anyone else to say "yes, you can loose 30-40 by march" there are alot of factors. Thats alot of weight to loose in less than 3 mths, but I suppose its humanly possible. All you can do is try your best.

I just started the figure8 program and it is working great for me. I have lost 10 pounds in the first two weeks and I have lots more energy.
