Talking the Change One diet plan.

I was just wondering if anyone has tired this or is still trying this. I got the book from a friend. It was started by Readers Digest a couple of years back. I've been on it about a month now. Ive only lost about 4 pounds (i have commitment issues, lol) but it seems to be helping me A LOT. Ive eaten breakfast everyday which ive never done, my calorie intake isn't too high and i feel amazing.

I've not intentionally done it - but any successful weight loss plan involves making lifestyle changes... and it tends to be a lot easier for people to make one change at a time -focus on that change and making it a new habit - then move on to the next change... I know it's what I frequently suggest people who are struggling do...

Who knew it wasn't my original thought

Good for you for having success with it so far.

So is breakfast the change you're currently making? How are you finding it?
