I made it through the first 10 days and started over. Changing 40 years of bad habits in a week was impossible for me. It has been better this time. I took two days to accomplish some things. You are correct about not having a
diet plan. I found a cook book for Diabetics and Heart Patients. I have NEVER been one for cooking but the
recipes are fairly easy.
Remebering to give myself credit for the things I accomplish each has also made a difference.
