Weight Loss Programs

Atkins, Fit for Life, Jenny Craig – there are almost as many weight loss programs as people who want to lose weight! Sharing our experiences here will help us all get a handle on the wealth of information — and misinformation — out there.

Weight Loss

Okay, I'm looking to lose a few pounds before the Spring Break season.

I currently work out 3-5 times a week but I can't seem to lose the belly, I'm 6'2 200. I'd like to get down to 185 or so, are there any good supplements to take before or after my workout?

Welcome! I don't know about supplements, but I think that doing more cardio can help with losing the belly. And now if that would work with my butt...LOL!

Hello John,

Im new to the forum. I would recomend a high protine shake straight after your work out. This will tone you up in no time. It will turn fat into muscle. Also drink pleanty of water and lots of running and swimming.

Good luck keep up the good work.

I would supplement with some cardio a few times per week if you're not already doing it.

Holy Cow that must be some magical protein -or is that protine shake...It can really turn fat into muscle? Wow!!! I gots to get mesome of that....

Before continuing to post on this forum, which im pretty sure was just to post your spam. but in the event that you have good intentions.. please know that toning is a byproduct of fat loss.. protein shakes do not tone up a person.. and muscle is muscle - fat is fat - one does not turn into the other...
