Rep Power: 0 | | | Core Rythm? Anyone ever try the "core rythm" program? I think it looks really fun. I do know you have to eat sensably (i bought a weight watchers cook book), watch calories, and i also plan on working out at the gym. But i was wondering if anyone had tried this or not? Did it work? I know it wont work just by it self. Nothing would ever work without changing your diet and watching calories. Im just looking for input since im having a baby in 5wks and want to start working out and toning up as soon as i can.
Kate

They look fun but I have no idea whether the dances truly target your core exactly like an ab routine would...I'm definitely no expert. But my thought is it looks like a good alternative to a dance class that you can do at home. Once I've lost enough weight I don't lose balance and fall on my butt doing a basic aerobic tape I may have to try them myself, lol.

Rep Power: 357932 | | | is that the infomercial that the dancer does?
In truth -any program will work if you do it consistently -but don't expect magical results - (generally there's a disclaimer ont he infomercials that the results aren't typical)
but if it gets you up and moving and oyu enjoy it -then it'd an effective program
