Anyone ever try the "core rythm" program? I think it looks really fun. I do know you have to eat sensably (i bought a weight watchers cook book), watch
calories, and i also plan on working out at the
gym. But i was wondering if anyone had tried this or not? Did it work? I know it wont work just by it self. Nothing would ever work without changing your
diet and watching
calories. Im just looking for input since im having a baby in 5wks and want to start working out and toning up as soon as i can.
