Hi all i got one of them slim gyms, them things u stick onto your different parts thats supposed 2 tone, Has any 1 used them? And do they actually work? Thanks |

i doubt they are going to tone. toning is a function of fat loss. |

you aren't doing any exercise - you aren't doing anything to get your heart rate up - so you won't be losing any fat... toning is a by product of fat loss -you can shock the muscles all you want to - but if you've stil gota layerof fat on top of the muscle - that "toning" won't be seen... |
