When I came across with the book with this title I thought it is another non funny joke. The diet could have at least a less stupid title.
But I was curious and I bought the book(just to see what it is all about) with
the intention to get a refund. I read it, and then...well I did'n ask for a refund.
It has a completely new diet approach for me, so I decided to try this program
just for fun.
Now I don't know...My breasts look pretty much the same, but the butt, wow, I would like to send you a picture It is the first time I am satisfied with my bottom.
Now I am asking you, is this just a psychological thing or maybe that kind of diet could really works?
The basic concept is to simplify the metabolism. This is achieved through eating
a lot of milk products such as curd cheese and kefir. Then there are some exercises to somehow redirect nutrients to the body parts we want.
I haven't heard of that kind of aproach yet. I don't know what to say, is it real
or not. I just know that I am very happy with the results. Anyway...you can find some additional information on their page which is frombutttobreastsdiet.com
