One major problem with
hoodia is that it is in short supply. As a result of this the capsule producers tend to mix it down with other ingredients and the result is that you get a product that is too weak to work. If you choose
Hoodia you must look for a product that contains in excess of 400mg per capsule and a product that has been certified.
Hoodia is an appetite suppressant and as such tricks the mind into believing that the stomach is full. There are other products that are possibly a better choice and one that I have found to be great is proactal.
Proactal is a
fat binder which effectively binds up the
fat content of food prior to it being digested and absorbed by your system. it is kind of like being on a low calorie
diet without the
diet part.
If you were to combine proactal with a great exercise program, you should easily achieve your goals.
