I am 17 years old and have man boobs and stubborn belly fat. A year ago I weighed 320 lbs and now weigh 240 lbs. But the thing is I still have man boobs. They are as big as they were when I was 320. I play football so I am exercising a lot and I eat pretty healthy. I have a decent amount of musle on me to. What do I do? This really gets to me because I see other people that weigh more then me but are cut up, have flat chest abs and everything, and I know I work out more then them. What do I do?
By pretty healthy I mean that I haven't eaten chips in 2 months, I dont' eat fried food, I only drink 100% juice, I eat oatmeal every morning, I dont' eat that much for lunch, well I eat a enough to get me through a tough football practice, which probably isnt' a little, but then after practice (excercise) I really dont' eat anything. Maybe a sandwich and some juice. I do see my size reducing but I see muscle leaving and not fat. My muscles are a little smaller and looser but my boobs are still there. An with calories I know that I do not go over 3500. I am a counter. I should actually be taking in more because of football.
I actually never got my body fat taken recently. When I was 320 I think it was 30-40%. Not sure though.
100% juice will spike your blood sugar. A regular habit of that will decrease your insulin sensitivity, and that results in fat gain, and not being able to lose fat.
Hope that helps!!

Can you explain this in a little bit more detail please? Thanks.
