Keeping active and eating right is important for long-term health and balancing your weight. If you eat healthy and exercise at the proper intensity, you are informing your
body that you want to burn a considerable amount of
energy and it forms your own best

Keeping a high intense cardiovascular exercise four times per week for 30 to 40 minutes per session, and resistance training four times per week for 30 to 35 minutes per session is the ideal to work toward your own best

When engaging in an exercise program, it is essential to have expectations. Depending on your detailed
fitness level, you should expect the following changes in the beginning.
* From one to eight weeks -- Feel better and have more
energy, your metabolism starts to improve more and your muscle should still be slightly sore.
