I wouldn't care to hear.
When relying on a supplement, natural or not, I much prefer to rely on peer reviewed research.
Relying on personal anecdote will get you into a heap of trouble since, this gentleman for example, could experience progress while taking the supp and it all could be attributed to placebo, his training or other areas of his
diet.
Mind you, people who start taking a supplement for
weight loss usually change other components of their health/fitness lifestyles.
To truly assess the efficacy of such a product, you'd have to have everything else remain the same.
It's due time people start thinking critically.
