New weight loss program

It has been a while since I have been on. I have fallen off the wagon, rolled out into the street and landed in the gutter as far as my weight goes.

I had a friend of mine tell me about a new weight loss system called Core4. He has lost about 15 pounds in about 1 1/2 months.

I'll keep everybody updated as I use this system.

BTW, has anybody ever heard of Core4. It's fairly new.

Based from my research, Core 4 Diet is relatively a new diet program which works with the different core areas of the body to stimulate weight loss, restore energy and promote optimal health.

The famous tagline of the said weight loss program is "Cheat and eat and still lose the unwanted extra few pounds"

Since this diet program is still new, it'll be quite difficult to look for feedbacks thus we still don't know if it's really effective or not.

Just remember that any diet "works" if it puts you in a caloric deficit. So if you enjoy the diet (which I know nothing about), great.

If you don't, don't get hung up on the "magic" of it. Drop it like a bad habit and find something else that you enjoy and can adhere to consistently.

Lost weight with Core4

In 2 weeks I lost 12 pounds & 2" from my waist and I am feeling great. It's working for me.

That's great. Be sure it's not too rigid in that it prompts too quick of weight loss.

This isn't a race and those who make it out to be usually pay for it in the long run.
