Rep Power: 0 | | | Trying to find a program that targets the lower stomach Does anyone know of a weight loss program or work out that targets the lower stomach fat area's? I've tried to get help on several different health & weight loss forums[/url] and sites but they aren't nearly as active as this one so hopefully some one knows a thing or two.
I'm stuck with this fat on my lower stomach from my recent birth, but haven't been able to get rid of it for close to a year now.

you cannot spot reduce...
you can eat healthy and exercise and maybe you'll lose extra fat...
be consistent with your efforts and don't look for the easy way out

Spot reducing isn't possible.. Spending money on diet pills or diet programs do not help with that |

According to me if want to loose weight you do not need time table for that just do exercise regularly, follow stick diet plan for only six month by this you will get perfect body.
