Hi. I wanted to share a useful diet resource that some people may like. It is the Hacker's Diet book by John Walker, freely available at:

If you are an engineer, you will probably like it.

Also, I should mention in advance that the link is not spam. If you look at John Walker's site, you will notice that there are no ads and nothing is for sale. The author is the founder of the public company Autodesk and he made $50 million in the 1980s from the IPO. He does not need to make any more money.
