What can I do?

Hello
I'm new here and I want your advise if you can provide it
Im almost 20 years old, I'm 160 Cm tall and Last time I weighed myself I was 82.6Kg

I'm "supposed to" have a diet for the past 11 weeks
I lost only 5Kg!!!
my problem is that I never calculated my calorie intake and I don't have enough time to exercise because of college( The maximum time I do is 20 min. a day)
the vacation is coming and I would have more time then
I really really need your advice
I want to be a size medium before november because my brother is getting married then
Pleeeeeeeas help me

ok first of all. log the calories you eat! You dont need to do exercise so much as track what you are eating.
Use fitday.com to do so, you will be able to track everything easily. Use a notepad if you need to whilst away from the internet.

Remind me again what's wrong with 11 lbs lost over 11 weeks given the fact you're not exercising much or are you tracking your calories?

as soon as I finish exams I'm gonna exercise well

It's true that I don't calculate my calories or don't exercise much
but I really cut down my food intake than before
and I never used mto exercise at all now I'm doing it
anyway, thanx for passing by
