I recently read a few articles about
Yoga being a pretty good way to get your daily workout. I downloaded a one hour Kundalini
Yoga dvd and gave it a shot, it was a lot of breathing techniques and unbearable cross legged sitting. My
body isn't used to it but it seems like something fun to pursue.
Has anyone here ever done
yoga to lose weight or just burn
calories? Are there any
yoga recommendations for beginners that are ideal for
weight loss? I'm a little clueless when it comes to this subject, so any input is greatly appreciated :P
