thoughts on "Active" for the Wii

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone has used the new game? program? "Active: Personal Trainer" for the Wii?

For those who have, is this worth the money? Does it really help? Should I bother getting it if I don't have the Wii balance board? Any other thoughts on this?
