Idea for weight loss. But does it work?

Hi all,

I'm new here in this fourm.

I have a very very tight schedule throughout the week which dosen't allow me to do much excersies.

I wanted to lose the fat around my stomach, love handles, face and neck.

I started eating smaller portions to limit my calorie intake and i've also been taking centrum, complete greens.

I had this idea where I can take thermogenic weight loss pills such as "hot rox" or some other brand which will allow me to burn off weight with the thermo head i produce.

Now...is there anyways i take take those and jump into the sauna and also swim and have the thermogenic pills aid my weight loss?

I would appreicate some feedback

Thanks.

I can't speak for everyone, but as a rule, we are all pretty much against taking pills. Those are soo proven not to work.

sorry to be the party crasher, but the only way to loose weight is cals in vs cals out.

Listen, the only supps you should take are Fish Oil caps.

These thermogeners might work, but ONLY if your diet and training are in check.

And if your diet and training are right, there won;t be need for supps. Neat, huh?
