Just looking for other people here that are doing either low carb or the quick
weight loss center
diet. A friend of mine is doing QWLC and having great success. He helped me a little bit with coming up with a
diet plan for myself similar to their own because I'm in college and cannot afford to join (it's $1000!). It seems to be just pretty much a low carb, low cal, low sodium
diet. Anyone here on a similar
diet and how much success are you having? Are you working out too? Would love to hear back from anyone!
I'm looking to lose about 65-70 lbs.
