I took some phentermine forthe 1st time in a long time yesterday and didnt get any sleep at all. My spouse is afraid that I could die if I stay up all day. I am overweight but generally a healthy person. Is it likely someone would die from this?

By the way, I have used phentermine very successfully before. Prior to the first time I used it (10 years ago) I had been working out with weights regularly for about 15 years. That, along with the decreased appetite and extra energy to constantly be doing something - painting, yardwork, housework - helped me to lose 60 pounds of fat. I was ripped as they say...had a six pack and 18" upper arms, pretty much had a bodybuilders physique. I was taking prozac along with the phentermine, my sex life crumbled, my wife insisted I stop the prozac, I found ice cream, I got fat.
