Hi,

I am 23 years old. I have been small all through highschool due to sports. I have always been able to gain weight easily so I always had to watch what I ate. I got married at 18 and had a baby when I was 20 I gained 80 lbs. since then. I need to lose 96. I weigh 216 and would like to be 120. I know everyones body is different but I would love some tips and advice. It would be great!
